Deborah Cullen

Deborah Cullen is the founder of Butterflies Therapy & Coaching CIC, bringing a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to supporting adults, children, and young people. Deborah integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with coaching strategies, creating a collaborative and respectful environment where individuals can explore their experiences, reconnect with their inner strength, and move forward at a pace that feels right for them.

At Butterflies Therapy & Coaching CIC, we are committed to maintaining high standards of professional and ethical practice across every aspect of our work. We adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and the Association for Coaching (AOC) Code of Ethics, and we are an NCPS Recognised Counselling Service Member. As a CPCAB Approved Centre and an organisation registered with the ICO, we ensure that our work remains consistent, transparent, and accountable at all times. We hold full professional insurance and Enhanced DBS certification, and we engage in regular clinical supervision to support reflective practice. In addition, we undertake ongoing continued professional development to strengthen our knowledge, skills, and effectiveness, ensuring that the support we provide remains current, ethical, and of the highest quality.
