Referrals
Refer for trauma-informed therapy and coaching for adults, children, and young people. Professional, ethical, and personalised support.
Adult Referrals
We accept referrals for adults seeking support with a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, and C-PTSD. Our trauma-informed approach recognises the impact of past experiences on emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and sense of self. Each referral is considered individually to ensure that the support offered is appropriate and tailored to the person’s needs. We work collaboratively with referring professionals where appropriate, maintaining clear communication while respecting confidentiality and professional boundaries throughout the process.
Child & Young Person Referrals
We accept referrals for children and young people who may be experiencing emotional, behavioural, or developmental challenges, as well as those affected by difficult life experiences. Our approach is adapted to be age-appropriate, engaging, and responsive to each young person’s needs and stage of development. We work closely with parents, carers, and referring professionals where appropriate, ensuring that support is consistent and tailored. The focus is on helping young people understand their emotions, develop confidence, and build skills that support their wellbeing over time.
Self-Referrals
We encourage self‑referrals from individuals seeking therapy or coaching. Individuals can also refer themselves for therapy or emotional wellbeing support. Whether you are seeking help with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, or navigating a life transition, you can reach out directly to begin the process. We take time to understand your needs and ensure that the support offered is appropriate and tailored to you. Our approach prioritises choice, collaboration, and working at a pace that feels manageable, allowing you to engage with support in a way that feels right for you.
